Processing & Handling

Each piece is crafted with intention. We normally process orders within 2–5 business days. Custom or made‑to‑order items may require extra time; if so, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

We ship via reliable carriers and provide a tracking number once your package leaves our studio. U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

Address changes & Lost packages

  • Address change: email us within 12 hours of purchase, and we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped.
  • Lost or delayed: start a claim with the carrier and then contact us with the claim number; we’ll assist you.
  • Marked as delivered: We cannot refund items that carriers confirm as delivered; check with neighbors and your local post office.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are energetically prepared, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product leaves our studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email mj@omasdesign.us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Non‑returnable items

  • Opened or used products, bath salts, oils, candles, and incense.
  • Custom and made‑to‑order items.
  • Digital downloads and spiritual readings.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. Customs processing can delay delivery; unfortunately, we cannot control these timelines.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of purchase. If production or packing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
